Abstrak

The selection of the right material for each component. The calculation of the
joint strength is carried out through analytical methods of manual
calculations, to ensure the accuracy of the results. Various types of joints,
including bolted, welded, and adhesive joints are evaluated to determine the
best option in terms of strength and durability. Testing is also carried out to
validate the results and ensure the performance of the device in real situations.
The results of this study provide in-depth insight into the optimal design and
joint strength required for charcoal treatment and treatment devices, as well
as provide practical recommendations for the development of more reliable
and safe devices. Thus, this study is expected to contribute to improving the
efficiency and safety of the drying process of the moisture content of charcoal
before entering the production proces
