The objective of this research is to design and develop a web-based tire weight
measurement system. The system aims to provide a convenient and efficient
solution for measuring the weight of tires in various industrial applications.
The proposed system utilizes web-based technology to enable users to access
and operate the system remotely.The measurement device is equipped with load
cells and sensors to accurately measure the weight of the tire. The acquired
data is then transmitted to the web-based interface through a wireless
connection. The interface allows users to initiate and control the measurement
process, view real-time weight data.The development process involves
designing and implementing the hardware components, developing the web
based interface using modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and
JavaScript, and setting up a secure backend database to store and manage the
measurement data. Additionally, extensive testing and calibration procedures
are conducted to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the system. In
conclusion, this research presents the design and development of a web-based
tire weight measurement system, offering a convenient, accurate, and efficient
solution for measuring tire weight in industrial applications. The system's
implementation and testing demonstrate its potential to improve productivity
and decision-making processes in the tire industry, paving the way for future
advancements in tire weight measurement technology.
