Abstract

This article describes the production of a Sudare cutting machine using an
electric motor and a pneumatic cylinder as a drive. The working principle of
the cutting machine is based on an automatic machine working system. Control
circuits use input components such as sensors, push buttons, emergency
buttons, selector switches and footswitches. On the other hand, three-phase
motors, pneumatic cylinders and thermal relays are used for the output
components. This machine is used to reduce the number of cycle times in the
bonding process. This machine reduced cycle times from 29 minutes 29 seconds
to 19 minutes 46 seconds, giving a cycle time of 27 minutes 30 seconds.
