Analisis Penggunaan Daya Motor Sebagai Media Modifikasi Cleaning Mold Dari Manual Ke Otomatis
Abstract
Accidents are part of an unplanned, uncontrollable, and something that was not previously predicted so that it interferes with the effectiveness of one's work. Causes of the work accidents are five parts, man factors, tools/machines, materials, methods, environment, raw materials, and environmental factors. Tires are a means of protecting the wheels of a wheel. There are several processes involved in making these tires, starting from the process of combining raw materials (mixing) to the process of processing greentyre into tires (curing). In this curing section there is a Cleaning Mold process which aims to clean the mold. Processes designed to improve and maintain quality of the mold is to clean the rubber marks attached to the mold by using sandblasting. The sandblasting process is a process of spraying material using abrasive materials, generally such as silica sand with high wind pressure on the surface which aims to clean rusty materials, paint, rubber and attached oil. Based on the problems that we have been founded, the researchers intend to modify the cleaning mold machine from manual to automatic by adding an electric motor to the design of the machine so that the celaning mold process can run automatically.
