RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM PELAPORAN OBSERVASI K3L BERBASIS GOOGLE FORM DENGAN IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM BARCODE PADA DEPARTEMEN QA

Abstrak

Technological advancements have made the internet the primary source of
information, especially for students. PT NDR Tbk, a leading cable
manufacturer in Indonesia, faces challenges in maintaining HSE (Health,
Safety, and Environment) standards in the workplace. Despite the Quality
Assurance Department's responsibility for ensuring product quality standards,
lengthy reporting times in monthly HSE observations often hinder timely
actions. To address this issue, the proposal suggests implementing an Android
based Barcode System for direct reporting of HSE non-conformities via Google
Form. The DMAIC approach is utilized to identify issues, measure current
reporting times, analyze causes of delays, implement the Barcode System, and
sustainably monitor system performance. This solution aims to enhance the
effectiveness and efficiency of HSE reporting and comprehensively improve
workplace safety and health standards within the company.
