RANCANG BANGUN MESIN CUTTING TOPPING SUDARE DENGAN PENDEKATAN FINITE ELEMENT ANAYLIS

Abstrak

PT XZY is a V-belt manufacturer with long size, short size, raw edge, and
variable speed types. Order data received for the last 6 months in the long
size section has experienced high orders. To support this production,
improvements have been made to the topping sudare section. Currently, the
sudare cutting process with manually. The Combo process is still done
manually and takes approximately 29 minutes for one cycle time. This is
because the sudare cutting process is still done manually so it is quite time
consuming. If the Sudare cutting process time can be reduced to a shorter
length, the overall production process can become more effective. So it was
designed to build an automatic sudare cutting topping machine with the FEA
approach.
